➣ Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, One Generation
The Senior Director of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, SDOSI, plays a key role at One Generation Fund, OneGen, helping shape and deliver the strategic impact of the organization and its mission. Reporting to the Executive Director, the SDOSI is a key member of the leadership team and has responsibilities for the organization’s day-to-day operations, team and project management, technology, human resources and team culture and internal communication. The SDOSI supervises staff, fellows and contractors and offers cycles of support and accountability.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States. The role requires occasional travel, including travel to New Mexico for quarterly meetings.
➣ Finance Coordinator, One Generation
This role provides operational support to One Generation Fund’s finance function, ensuring the organization has strong books and financial records and that payments are processed accurately and with complete documentation. One Generation Fund is building its internal finance function as we spin off from our fiscal sponsor, and this position will be the first of its sort on our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this is an ideal position for someone who pays close attention to details and has impeccable organizational skills.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States and requires occasional travel for team meetings.
➣ Director, Being a Good Relative Initiative
One Generation, a project of Tides Center, currently has a full time opportunity for the Director of the Being a Good Relative (BAGR) initiative. The Director provides strategic leadership for the Being a Good Relative statewide initiative, working to transform educational systems across New Mexico by centering Native voices, advancing culturally and linguistically responsive practices, and strengthening policy, partnerships, and activating parent and families leadership to achieve success and wellness of Native students.
This is a remote role; however, candidates must reside in Northwest New Mexico (Gallup, Farmington, or surrounding are preferred) to support regular travel throughout New Mexico with occasional overnight stays.
